Edward Eisler introduced me to a broad spectrum of teas, from pale gold Jasmine to deep burgundy coloured Puerh.

His teas are quite simply beautiful and the textures and aromas they produce exquisite.

Edward also understands the importance of the whole dining experience and in keeping with the philosophy at The Fat Duck Edward has imported a selection of hand crafted fine porcelain ensuring that the teas are experienced in the purest way possible and allowing us to offer a unique tea ceremony.
