Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

DELIVERY NOTES

We are now offering free delivery for all orders over £15.00 (excl VAT) in the UK

For orders above £15.00 (excl VAT) we will send your order by Royal Mail First Class for no charge.
For orders above £50.00 (excl VAT) we will send your order by DHL 24 Hour Next Working Day Courier Service for no charge.

If you are in a hurry and your order is under £50.00 you can also select from two courier options shown below.

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 3pm (GMT) on weekdays (excluding public holidays) on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm (GMT) or on weekends or public holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

COSTS

Delivery charges are calculated by weight and volume and are visible in the checkout before payment is made.

For DHL 48 Hour Courier delivery there is a charge of £4.15 for orders delivered within the UK

For DHL 24 Hour Courier delivery (next working day) there is a charge of £5.00 for orders delivered within the UK

Please note, we do not charge markups on our delivery services, the costs you pay are the costs we are charged.

UK DELIVERY

 

If your order is over £50.00 and delivery is within the UK, for no extra cost we will despatch your order by next working day courier service.

If you select Courier delivery, your order will be despatched by 24 or 48 hour courier service (Mon-Fri, UK delivery only).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver worldwide and our shipping costs are calculated by weight. All delivery charges are visible in the checkout page before payment is made.

Orders can be sent by Royal Mail International Airmail (for orders under 2kg) or by DHL International Courier. Please note that all orders over 2kg must be sent by DHL due to Royal Mail restrictions.

Orders under £50 will be sent by Royal Mail International

Orders over £50 will be sent by DHL International and will require a signature on receipt.

I just want to say thankyou very much for your time in answering my question. You have provided exactly the info I was after!

You may be interested to know that I am a passionate chinese tea drinker now. My day consists of Oolongs and Puerhs and I only drink PG tips if there is no other option! This is all down to you and Jing.

I discovered Jing through a TV show ("Taste" I think it was!) and consequently, after ordering some of Jing's Monkey-picked, my tea drinking habits have completely changed.

I've been drinking Chinese tea for 5/6 years, ever since i spent some time in China and Japan and the Water Sprite Oolong I bought from you guys was the best tea I've tasted for a while, perhaps the best I've tasted outside China itself.

The Lapsang Supreme was very good too.

Many thanks for a most instructive and enjoyable tasting on Wednesday. It was refreshing and quite exhilarating to discover the different flavours, not only of puerh tea of different ages, but between different infusions. I feel a new avenue of research is opening up – and one probably even more expensive than wine!
