Making tea with whole leaves is actually very simple. The Chinese just throw a few leaves into a glass and pour over hot water. When they have finished they top the glass up!
We set out a few really simple different ways to suit your mood, time of day and setting to ensure you can enjoy all the benefits of whole leaf tea wherever you are.
1/ Fill the infuser basket with the appropriate* amount of dry leaf, steadily pour in the water and replace the lid.
2/ Allow to infuse for the recommended amount of time.
3/ Remove the lid and place down upturned. Then lift out the infuser basket and rest it inside the upturned lid to catch any drips and to be re-used for multiple infusions.
