Hand Tied Flowering teas are often made with all the emphasis on how the tea looks with little concern for tea quality. Jing has selected exceptional green tea as a base to the floral scent and flavour of the flowers. Why not make it into the perfect gift - see our tea ware for other beautiful glass teapots.
Appearance:
Dry Leaf: Woven top knot of dappled green tea strands, fashioned with a neat base and tapered, bud-like tip.
Wet Leaf: Two crowned tiers of green tea strands open in the water, one tauter and dark green, the other lighter and more curling. Within the circle of green, a fuschia-coloured amaranth flower slowly rises, topped with a jasmine-pale crown.
Liquor: Pale, glassy-green liquor.
Aroma:
Dry Leaf: Gentle, creamy, soft jasmine charm.
Liquor: Earthy, subtle and focussed, though less intensely scented than the jasmine arch or osmanthus.
Taste: A very delicate, sappy, cleansing liquor.
