Infuse: 1 globe per 250ml water; use boiling water; infuse until the flower opens
Appearance:
Dry Leaf: Folded strands of dappled green tea, drawn into a single taut bud then neatly cut.
Wet Leaf: The strands of green leaf open like a sea anemone. A delicate arched garland of jasmine flowers lifts slowly from the crown of leaf strands to hang suspended in the water.
Liquor: Very pale, glass-green liquor.
Aroma:
Dry Leaf: Gentle jasmine charm.
Liquor: Subtle, creamy jasmine.
Taste: A soft, supple, teasing, gently fresh jasmine.
