JING's range of Japanese Green Teas contains some fantastic examples of Sencha, Gyokuro and Shincha green teas. We have a hand-made Gyokuro green tea which is available in extremely limited quanities.

Our Japanese green teas have been chosen for their balance of vegetal flavours, delicious sweetness and mouthfeel. The hand-made Gyokuro in particular, is the finest presentation of "umami" (the flavour which characterises the finest Japanese food) that we have come across.
