Infuse: 1-2 tsp per cup; use boiling water; infuse 3 minutes
Appearance: Dark, whole black leaf, scattered with golden tips
Infusion: Light, glowing ruby-walnut brown
Aroma: Warm, vivid, juicy and softly malty over a gently toasty base
Taste: Brisk, firm, with cedar notes leaving a long flavour trace and providing a grippy texture
