JING Earl Grey tea defines how Earl Grey should taste. Made from a base of exceptional whole leaf Ceylon scented with bergamot and sprinkled with cornflowers to create a tea that delights all the senses.

Hojicha is a roasted Japanese green tea with a deliciously smooth, toasty and almost caramel like flavour. Low in caffeine and particularly good with meals.

Picked between 5th April and 10th April 2011 from Tai Mu Mountain garden. A delicious introduction to Chinese white teas. Composed of two-leaf and bud sets, White Peony is renowned for its refreshing flavour and sweetness.

A decaffeinated Ceylon black tea, still with the same great flavour, body and richness typical of our other Ceylon teas.

A light and fragrant green tea wrapped around a pot marigold in the base, an arch of pure jasmine blossoms and a globe amaranth flower which blossoms above when infused. One of our most spectacular jasmine flower teas.

Silver Needle white tea is the most famous white tea in the world. Picked between 14th April and 28th April 2011 from Tai Mu Mountain garden, our Silver Needle is sweet and mellow. Ideal for drinking on long, lingering afternoons.

Flowering Jasmine and Lily is a light and smooth green tea, hand-tied around flame orange lily petals and sweet jasmine flowers. A spectacular jasmine flower tea.

The sweetest black tea from Guangdong in Southern China. Scented with Lychee. It is the best tea for making ice tea, simply add a little to some cold water and allow to infuse over night in the fridge.
