These cooked mini tuos an extremely balanced flavour, soothing and with a delicate sweetness reminiscent of Japanese plum.
These mini tuos are the perfect size to produce one pot of tea. Simply take one tuo per cup, infuse for 1 minute, reducing infusion time as tea unfurls fully. Pour away the first infusion after steeping for a few second in near-boiling water.
Infuse: 1 tuo per 250ml; use near boiling water; infuse for 60 seconds; re-infuse 5-7 times reducing infusion time as tea unfurls fully
