Wuyi, in the Chinese province of Fujian is where oolong tea was first produced. It is home to the famous Wuyi Rock Teas (Wuyi Yan Cha), which include Big Red Robe, Water Sprite, White Cockscombe, Golden Water Turtle, Cassia and Iron Arhat.
