A great jasmine tea for everyday drinking.
Infuse: 1-2 tsp per cup; water temperature: 80°C; infuse 3 minutes
Appearance:
Dry Leaf: Small, neat olive-green leaves scattered with silver tips.
Wet Leaf: Tidy saturated leaves.
Liquor:Pale yellow-ochre.
Aroma:
Dry Leaf: Pleasing, soft, full green leaf scents mingled with light well balanced and understated jasmine.
Liquor: Gentle orchard sweet scents underscored by soft jasmine.
Taste: Light, delicate and refreshing flavours in which soft, gingery melon is lifted by graceful jasmine.
