A new addition to our Taiwanese range for 2011, Jin Xuan oolong is mellow and creamy, with a biscuity sweetness and cool palate cleansing finish.

Sweet, thick and grassy, this is an excellent introduction to Japanese sencha green tea. Refreshing when drunk with meals or throughout the afternoon.

Picked between 5th April and 10th April 2011 from Tai Mu Mountain garden. A delicious introduction to Chinese white teas. Composed of two-leaf and bud sets, White Peony is renowned for its refreshing flavour and sweetness.

Our Matcha Supreme green tea has a deliciously sweet and deep flavour and vivid, bright green colour typical of Matcha tea produced using the finest tencha base leaves.

Sencha is the most popular variety of Japanese green teas and this sencha is the highest grade we stock. This Sencha comes from Wazuka, in the Kyoto prefecture of the Uji area of Japan.

A lovely jasmine flower tea composed of hand tied jasmine scented green tea leaves wrapped around an amaranth flower. Peaches traditionally symbolise long life and longevity in China.

Pre Rain Jun Shan Silver Needle is one of China's most famous teas and composed of perfectly formed, tender buds. A highly sought after tea, only produced on Jun Shan Island on Dong Ting Lake, Hunan Province for a couple of weeks a year. 

Ali Shan Tea is one of Taiwan's most celebrated Oolong teas. With its fresh, clean and creamy texture, it is extremely refreshing yet rich.

The sweetest black tea from Guangdong in Southern China. Scented with Lychee. It is the best tea for making ice tea, simply add a little to some cold water and allow to infuse over night in the fridge.

Whole blackcurrants, berries and cracked hibiscus shells make this sumptuous herbal infusion delightfully refreshing. Vivid, intense and lively with a rich spectrum of berry fruits.
