A new addition to our Taiwanese range for 2011, Jin Xuan oolong is mellow and creamy, with a biscuity sweetness and cool palate cleansing finish.

Picked between 5th April and 10th April 2011 from Tai Mu Mountain garden. A delicious introduction to Chinese white teas. Composed of two-leaf and bud sets, White Peony is renowned for its refreshing flavour and sweetness.

A fantastic version of one of the definitive Chinese Oolong teas. Medium fired and oxidised in the traditional way to give a beautifully satisfying flavour of roasted hazel and autumn fruits.

An intensely floral oolong tea, hand rolled and fired to create a characteristic Iron Buddha or ‘Iron Goddess of Mercy’ oolong flavour.

Pre Rain Jun Shan Silver Needle is one of China's most famous teas and composed of perfectly formed, tender buds. A highly sought after tea, only produced on Jun Shan Island on Dong Ting Lake, Hunan Province for a couple of weeks a year. 

Small and tender bud and leaf sets masterfully hand-fired fired to give the classic Dragon Well flavour. From the renowned Lion's Peak in Hangzhou's West Lake, China.

Our Dragon Well green tea was picked between 10th April and 20th April 2011. Our Dragon Well is characterised by enticing sweet aromas of freshly plucked tea buds and teasing orchard fruit.

Huo Shan Yellow Buds is graceful and sappy with a distinctive cool finish that leaves the mouth very refreshed.

Our Jasmine Pearl tea is composed of the most perfectly balanced spring green tea, repeatedly hand scented with fresh jasmine flowers (and nothing else!). This latest crop has just arrived and is the finest example we have stocked in years.

Yellow Gold is hand-rolled with an aroma and flavour combining caramel notes, tangy citrus and fresh grasses, supported by quenching syrupy sweetness.
