Appearance: Tight, tiny flower heads with a high percentage of petal.

Infusion: Deep high-summer-yellow liquor

Aroma: Bright, soft and floral, full and mellow.

Taste: Full, mellow floral depths with soft, refreshingly bitter vegetal complexities in the finish

Infuse: 2 tbsp per cup in boiling water for 2 minutes
