Our Tie Guan Yin oolong teas are produced in Anxi county in the Fujian province of China. Tie Guan Yin is one of China's most famous oolong teas. Translated into English, Tie Guan Yin means "Iron Goddess of Mercy" or "Iron Buddha".

We stock two varieties of Tie Guan Yin, a lightly fired and intensely floral variety and a traditional medium fired variety with a rich autumn fruit flavour and aroma.
