The dry leaves are almost luminous in colour and give off a full and classic Tieguanyin aroma. On infusion the tea has a deliciously thick and smooth texture and incredibly floral fragrance. A must-try for any dedicated oolong tea fan.

Can be re-infused 5-6 times per serving.

Appearance: Tightly rolled leaf sets ranging from bright, vibrant green to deep verdant green in colour

Infusion: Clear and luminescent and bright yellow-green in colour

Aroma: A classic and full Tie Guan Yin aroma, bright, floral and fresh

Taste: Thick and creamy, full of grassy spring freshness and floral notes – the ultimate lightly oxidised, rolled Chinese oolong

Infuse: 1 tbs per cup in near boiling water for 2-3 minutes

Packaging

Our loose teas are packaged in gold resealable ziplock bags. Wherever possible we use gas or vacuum packing to ensure that our teas arrive with you as fresh as possible. Be sure to reseal your bags and store them in cool, dry conditions away from cooking smells or high temperatures.

Our teaware is packaged in boxes that are specially designed to protect the pieces inside during delivery.
