This is a perfect example of what Chai should be, a blend of fine whole leaf Ceylon tea with cardamom pods, star anise and other spices.

*Based on 3g per serving, infused twice.

Appearance: Whole Ceylon leaf mixed with a cornucopia of seeds, anise and spice.

Infusion: Russet-gold liquor

Aroma: A subtle, nourishing, exotic blend of spices in perfect balance with the warm tones of the tea leaves

Taste: Juicy, rich, rounded and warming flavours, combining the soft, gratifying palate fullness of black tea with subtle sweet spice. Complete and balanced.

Infuse: 1 tbsp in boiling water for 3 minutes

Packaging

Our loose teas are packaged in gold resealable ziplock bags. Wherever possible we use gas or vacuum packing to ensure that our teas arrive with you as fresh as possible. Be sure to reseal your bags and store them in cool, dry conditions away from cooking smells or high temperatures.

Our teaware is packaged in boxes that are specially designed to protect the pieces inside during delivery.
