Fujian Province is home to two of our finest white teas, Silver Needle and White Peony. Silver Needle White Tea  (Yin Zhen) is considered the rarest and most famous, composed entirely of individual buds, picked in early spring. White Peony is more full-bodied, with addition of spring leaves as well as buds.

What is White Tea?

White teas have a sweet flavour and soft texture without the vegetal quality of green tea. They are refreshing, thirst-quenching and easy-going on the palate. White teas are considered the least processed of all tea types, yet are often the most challenging to perfect.
