I won't make this a long drawn out review because frankly there isnt much to add that your own imagination couldn't fill in.
Imagine the taste of Darjeeling, Imagine the taste of a yin zhen, there you go.

If i had to pontificate i would probably say had i never tried darjeeling before, and if i were asked to give an impression of hat tea this is I would probably plump yellow.

Much of its wet leaf look, brew colour and disregarding the prevelant Darjeeling, muscatel goodness even its taste is highly familiar to a Jun Shan (yin zhen, not qing)

hoever that doesnt describe how excellently these two major flavours go together, this really is a wonderful white rivalling IMO all but the best of China's yellows.

For brewing I always brew in a handled glass cup with a straw, its pretty much the only way to drink the coloured teas.

Which for me equates to 1 litre of water (initial temp 65c) to 2.5g of tea, topping up usually before glass is half empty. I do not heat the water again this temp really is hats needed for white, green.

Little tip for anyone having trouble with green.
If your brew isn't green your doing it too hot! if it tastes fishy, its too hot.
ONLY exception is perhaps a tribute grade Long Jing, they seldom achieve any colour.

To sum up an excellent, reasonably priced which from undoubtably my fave Indian estate, fans of white and darjeeling will find much to love about this tea.

Just remember to watch your temp!
    Happy Xmas
