In this herbal infusion, we combine sweet layers of apple, pineapple, natural hibiscus and lengths of spicy lemongrass. This yields a beautifully pink infusion with a zesty aroma. Vibrant and delicious, with plenty of fruit acidity, it is quenching and bold in flavour, complemented by a refreshing grassy and sweet finish. A perfectly balanced, caffeine-free blend that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Did you know, ‘herbal infusion’ is a preferable term to ‘herbal tea’, as tea is an infusion of leaves only from the Camellia sinensis.

The perfect cup
- Measure 5g or 2tbsp per cup (250ml)
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse tea for 4 minutes
- You can re-infuse this tea once
- LemongrassI enjoy the blackcurrant and hibiscus tea so much, I decided to try this. I would describe this as a lemongrass tea, because it is the dominant flavour (one I personally can only enjoy when it is a subtle back note).
