Breakfast tea is one of the world’s most-loved teas, but not all breakfast teas are made equal. In this workshop we’ll answer those long-disputed questions like milk first or second, plus what to look for, how to make the ultimate cup, and what other energising teas you should explore for the best start to the day.

We’ve had lots of requests for oolong tastings as part of this series. It’s one of our favourite tea types so we are really happy to host these. Given the incredible depth of flavour and wide variety of sub-types within the oolong category, we’re going to dedicate a few sessions to it. The first one will be on green oolongs.
