Health & Well-being in the New Year
Channelling health and well-being for the start of 2016, aqua kyoto’s Head Chef Paul Greening has developed a unique and exciting JING tea-Infused menu that will be available from 11th January until 5th March. Each dish on the three-course menu cleverly incorporates the subtle flavours of different teas. We were thrilled to work together with Aqua Kyoto to curate a bespoke menu of the highest quality teas to pair with each dish.
These range from our famed Darjeeling 1st Flush which accompanies the crisp, rich flavours of the Sencha tea asparagus tempura starter, to the fragrant and delicate notes of Nilgiri Frost, which provides a refreshing contrast to the deep and warming flavours of the Salmon and organic genmaicha Nabe main.
Guests will leave feeling refreshed and revitalised after ending their meal with a traditional Matcha tea, whisked and the table and served with a stunning Bergamot tea panna cotta and violet ice cream.
With a striking terrace overlooking Regent Street, Aqua Kyoto provides a hidden sanctuary in the heart of the West End. Head Chef Paul Greening brings more than twenty years of culinary experience to the Restaurant, where purity, health and wellbeing are notable influences in his cooking.
