Tea from the low growing gardens of Ruhuna are known for a rich, malty base and deep colour, while gardens in the heights of Dimbula produce tea with fragrant aromatics and refined structure. Together they create an outstanding breakfast infusion with robust flavour and a luxuriously smooth texture.

The perfect cup
- Measure 4.5g or 2 tsp per cup (250ml)
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse tea for 3-5 minutes
- You can re-infuse this tea once
- The Perfect Breakfast TeaI've spent the majority of my life drinking bagged black tea from supermarkets until I discovered loose leaf last year and decided to find my interpretation of the perfect breakfast tea. I've since tried lots of varieties from all sorts of brands and this is by far my favourite! It's the perfect strength with a delicious maltiness and flavour - a proper cup of tea. I like to describe it to friends as Yorkshire Tea but 100 times better. I drink it strong with milk and no sugar because it tastes so good, it doesn't need it! My number one recommendation if you're wanting to branch away from supermarket tea bags.

Gill - Great QualityThis is a lovely and wonderful tea, however, the packaging it comes in is slightly disappointing. I'm not sure why it couldn't be presented in a nice caddy as the tea would not only retain it's flavour and smell better, but would also be aesthetically more pleasing than a sealed bag.

The flavour is lovely and i manage to get 3 mugs out of one tablespoon scoop, when using my tea pot. I would definitely recommend this tea and will continue to purchase it while I can afford to do so
