Our version of this popular caffeine-free herbal infusion pairs two simple ingredients of the highest quality, for beautifully balanced, natural flavours. Inspired by Asian culture, we combine whole lengths of Thai lemongrass with real pieces of slow-dried ginger, creating an uplifting and warming infusion. Please dispose of your used tea bags in your council food waste bin. Did you know, ‘herbal infusion’ is a preferable term to ‘herbal tea’, as tea is an infusion of leaves only from the Camellia sinensis.

The perfect cup
- Use 1 tea bag per cup (250ml)
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse tea for 3 minutes
- You can re-infuse this tea once

My favourite out the explorer was the earl grey, the lemon and ginger, the jade green and the needle jasmine. Makes any other tea brand I drink now pale in comparison. I will be back for more. It's very nice to have to offer to guests as I end evenings with the selection given in the collection.
