Organic Dragon Well (Longjing)
有机龙井绿茶
This batch of Organic Dragon Well is grown among mountains and winding rivers in the lush gardens of Jiande, Zhejiang – the authentic home for Dragon Well. It's here you’ll find tea maker Mr Song, affectionately known by the locals as Lao Song or ‘Old Man' Song, tending to his organic garden. His motivation for organic farming comes from a love of the area's traditional agriculture and a belief that food and plants are like medicine. In early spring, Song picks the freshest buds and young leaves and expertly pan fires them to bring out a unique combination of refreshment and warmth with bright, spring-green flavours and notes of lightly roasted hazelnuts. Did you know, the name Dragon Well is a direct translation of the Mandarin name 'Long Jing', which refers to the myth of an ancient dragon that appears in the water of a well near to the site where this tea was first created!

- Smothe & creamy taste - best drink of the day!I'm no tea expert, but I discovered Organic Dragon Well from Jing, some years ago and I've never looked back. My wife and I just love the taste, it's so smooth and creamy, also quite economical in use, as it can be re-infused several times. Best drink of the day!
- So good!We have just returned to the UK after living in China for 15 years. My favourite tea is Longjing and have been looking for a good Longjing here in London. We have found the best here at Jing Tea, top quality tea and a reasonable price. Thanks Jing Tea!
