The perfect cup
- Measure 3g or 3tsp per cup (250ml)
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse tea for 3 minutes
- You can re-infuse this tea twice
- A great way to relaxUsually I just go for a chamomile, but thought I would try this. It’s a great tasting tea which helps me to unwind when I need to.
