With the right tools, making loose tea does not have to be intimidating. Our Two Cup Tea-iere™ enables you to get the best out of your tea: it is similarly designed to a cafetiere, but without the plunger to allow the tea leaves space to impart their incredible flavours.
When making tea, always make the right quantity for your cups, as tea left over-infusing will never taste as good. Fully decant your infusion evenly between two cups as soon as it’s ready. The capacity of this Tea-iere™ pairs perfectly with two of our Glass Cups & Saucers.

Making each piece requires mastery of a minimum of 10 steps. At every stage, the glass is heated and shaped into our signature designs.

4 Days
Each piece of JING Glass takes four days to produce. Slow heating and cooling enables the highest degree of precision and detail.
- DisappointedI purchased a 2 cup Tea-iere some time ago and unfortunately broke the glass part. Disappointed to be told that only the glass section was not available to purchase separately. Received a new complete Tea-iere recently and found that the design has changed. What was a snug fitting lid is now sloppy and at risk of coming off during pouring. The old lid was able to be dismantled by hand for cleaning however the new lid requires a small spanner to dismantle - not something readily to hand in the average kitchen, it would be useful if a small spanner for this purpose was included. Overall two significant detriments on the old design.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your honest feedback regarding the two cup tea-iere purchased form JING.
I can only apologise for the disappointment regarding the glass body of the 500ml tea-iere not being available. JING do produce a 400ml glass body which is also compatible with the 500ml tea-iere lid and I am sorry fi this was not advised at the time of contact.
The new variant of the lid can still be dismantled by hand, and we haven't had any similar complaints regarding a tool being needed to remove the parts to clean the item in this instance.
