Jasmine Pearls Sparkling Tea

To make our sparkling tea, we use a pure green tea base from Shekou Garden deep in the heart of Fujian. The spring picked buds and young leaves are gently withered and heated, locking in their fresh green flavours, before being hand-rolled into pearls. With bright, refreshing flavour and a smooth, rounded body, the leaves carry the distinctive taste of their origin. The pearls are then transported to Guangxi in the summer where they are traditionally scented with fresh jasmine blossoms. This allows the intense jasmine essence from each flower to naturally imbue into the tea, giving it authentic floral flavour and hints of honeyed sweetness. Slowly infused in cold, filtered water to bring out the perfect balance of rounded green tea body and high floral aromas, the Jasmine Pearls are delicately carbonated to give a soft, gently sparkling finish.
