Darjeeling First Flush Supreme

This small batch of a few kilograms of first flush is made exclusively for JING from the traditional China bushes found in Margaret's Hope Garden, and perfectly expresses the unique taste of its place. The garden sits high up in the mountains at the foothills of the Himalayas at an altitude of more than 1,000m, where a thick mist keeps the tea plants fully hydrated and protected from harsh sunlight. This results in tea with distinctive floral aromas that make way for a zesty fruitiness in the taste.

The perfect cup

  • Measure 4g or 3tsp per cup (250ml)
  • Heat water to 80°C
  • Infuse tea for 3 minutes
  • You can re-infuse this tea twice
