We are so excited to launch a series of online workshops for our community. The series will be hosted by Ed, founder of JING and other members of the team.

These intimate workshops will help you find single garden teas you love and show you how to get the best out of them at home. We’ll also share news from our producers and their communities, updates on how and where we are sourcing our teas, and talk about the big issues in tea.

We’ve had lots of requests for oolong tastings as part of this series. It’s one of our favourite tea types so we are really happy to host these. Given the incredible depth of flavour and wide variety of sub-types within the oolong category, we’re going to dedicate a few sessions to it.

The first one will be on green oolongs. To get the most out of this session, these are the teas that you will need to taste along with us – Ali Shan, Li Shan and Iron Buddha.
