This large leaf black tea hails from the Baita (White Tower) tea garden in Qimen county, Anhui province, China, where resident tea master Wang is locally celebrated. So much so that the government of Qimen exclusively invited Tom Price, our Head of Tea, to taste the spring harvest, as part of an exchange initiative to enrich and develop the region. While visiting, Tom discovered an outstanding, authentic expression of Keemun tea: a rich and thick black tea with a subtle palate of malt, ginger and dried fruit.

The perfect cup

  • Measure 4g or 3 tsp per cup (250ml)
  • Heat water to 100°C
  • Infuse tea for 3 minutes
  • You can re-infuse this tea twice
