Tea-iere Set of Jasmine Pearls with Fresh Mango Dessert

For a refreshing way to cleanse the palate, finish off a meal with our quick mango dessert – slices of ripe golden mango doused with our aromatic agave syrup flavoured with cinnamon, chilli and star anise.

For a large plump mango lightly simmer the juice of a medium orange and half a lime with two tablespoons of agave syrup, four whole star anise, a cinnamon stick and a slit red chilli until the mixture becomes syrupy and aromatic.

Allow the syrup to cool a little before pouring over the mango, adding extra strips of chilli for heat and colour if you wish.
