Grown in Fuding, Fujian, a region considered to be the true home of white tea production in China, this prized tea was picked in Spring 2015 and naturally aged in the UK by JING. It's grown using the Fuding Da Bai Hao (large white) cultivar, a variety of tea plant known for its fresh bright flavours and large buds. The ageing process that the tea goes through enriches its character, giving it more depth and complexity and a smoother mouthfeel. The perfect cup

  • Measure 4g or 2 tbsp per cup (250ml)
  • Heat water to 80°C
  • Infuse tea for 3 minutes
  • You can re-infuse this tea twice
