    Organic Yunnan White Peony

    白牡丹白茶

Produced by Liang Changhe in a biodiverse garden in Yunnan's densely forested and remote mountains, this Organic White Peony is perfect for those who like a relaxing infusion like Jasmine Silver Needle or even lighter green teas like Jade Sword ™, but are looking to explore something with a little more complexity of flavour. We would also recommend this tea to more seasoned white tea drinkers who may prize the origin of their leaves, but are open to being rewarded with new tastes from a different terroir. Explore more about the taste, origin and producer behind this tea in our Deep Dive on the Journal.

      Special quality

This white tea is not as grassy as most green teas and it has a very special quality: light but full of character. It is the perfect tea to start the day, and I always make sure I have some in the cupboard.

      Full bodied White Tea

This is the tea that I drink when I want something that is full bodied without the robustness of an Assam Breakfast. Super tasty!
