Da Xue Wild Black

大雪山野生红茶

This small batch tea is made from wild trees that are hundreds of years old and grow over five metres tall to meet the canopy of the unspoilt, ancient forest that covers Da Xue Mountain. You’ll find a beautifully light, deeply complex and silkily textured tea. It has fragrant woodiness, honey, sweet citrus notes and a intensely more-ish quality. It's a rare tea that perfectly expresses its environment and maker and will appeal to any fan of black or puerh tea looking to discover the variety and depth of flavour available from Yunnan’s wild trees. A joy to drink

So light and complex with a flourishing spark of citrus and apricot on the finish. Absolutely 10/10
