Iron Buddha (Tieguanyin)

He was guided in a dream by the Buddhist icon Guan Yin, the revered Bodhisattva of compassion. Our gratifying, lightly oxidised Iron Buddha yields an infusion that is gently tart, yet light and floral, bright and refreshing.
