JING Tea takes the protection of your data seriously, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to JING Tea, nor guarantee that your information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our standard physical, technical or procedural safeguards. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
In the event of a data breach, we have a procedure in place to report any such breach within 72hrs to the relevant authorities in accordance with GDPR Article 33.
10. Accessing, Correcting or Deleting Your Information
We respect your privacy rights and provide you with reasonable access to the Personal Data you may have submitted to us as part of your ordering products or services from us. You may update or correct any Personal Information we hold about you in the My Account section of our website.
At your request, we will delete or block all personal information we hold for you. Please allow 28 days from receipt to process your request. We may retain information already held in backups, archives, prevention of fraud/crime or abuse, satisfaction of legal obligations, analytics or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.
At any time, you may object to the processing of your personal Data on legitimate grounds except if otherwise permitted by applicable law.
