  • Description

A small-batch black tea, originating from Taiwan’s breath-taking Sixty Stone Mountain, known for its vibrant daylily blooms in late summer. Crafted by expert tea maker Jun Jie Lin, this complex tea is delicately hand-tossed to activate the notes of dark honey, muscat grape and tropical fruit.

Sixty Stone Mountain is best known for its coverage of daylily blooms from August through September. The garden is at 945m and uses organic agriculture (i.e. no pesticides) with a localaccreditation. The producer's Honey Black tea has been awarded 3 stars at Great Taste Awards two years in a row, this consistency is really testament to the skill in processing. This year they also won the Golden Fork for best tasting product from Rest of World. The tea we are selling is not the Golden Fork batch (pricing would have been 3x) but did win 2 stars.
