To create our perfect breakfast blend we tasted thousands of the finest lots in Assam, produced during the short (and best) second flush during June. We rejected any lots with the slightest hint of defect and accepted only those with the very fullest and clearest expression of rich Assam flavour. We are really delighted with our final result: we believe our new Assam Breakfast will satisfy connoisseurs and strong-tea-drinkers alike. It infuses quickly, (we suggest 3 minutes) and you can enjoy it with milk or without. Packed in our our elegant, fully recyclable caddy which prioritises freshness above all.

Assam lies at sea level in India’s subtropical north east and is renowned for its rich soils bordering the Bramhaputra River. Assam is famous for the tea cultivar which bears its name - Camellia Sinensis Assamica.
