Flowering Osmanthus Flowering Tea

The Origin Story

To ensure a smooth and sweet infusion, we selected a sappy green tea from Fujian that is masterfully hand-tied with osmanthus blossoms and lily petals. The beauty of this tea is best appreciated in a large glass tea pot, such as our two cup ‘tea-iere’, to allow you to appreciate the sight of the bulb unfurling majestically.

China - Fujian

Fujian is home to some of the world's best teas

To make Flowering Osmanthus, we reserve the best single origin green tea from the spring crop in cold-store until the summer. The tea leaves are then hand-tied with beautiful natural flowers by skilled artisans.

I came across Jing tea at a Robuchon outlet in Hong Kong, where I first tried this Flowering Osmanthus and instantly fell in love with it. The ones I subsequently ordered online is just as enjoyable, with the eye-pleasing blossoming and rich layering. I love the light touch of sweetness it carries.

Absolutely love this tea. The flavour is delicate with a hint of apricot. I like to drink this tea in the evening. The unfolding of the flower is beautiful to watch. Will definitely order again.
