Strawberry & Rooibos
To ensure a deeply satisfying herbal infusion, we combined classic flavours using the same attention to detail that we give all of our fruit and floral tisanes. We combined slow-dried, naturally sweet strawberry pieces and whole fragrant elderflowers with a rich undercurrent of South African rooibos. The result is a remarkably fruity flavour with a rounded softness and mellow character. Did you know, ‘herbal infusion’ is a preferable term to ‘herbal tea’, as tea is an infusion of leaves only from the Camellia sinensis.

The perfect cup
- Measure 5g or 2tbsp per cup (250ml)
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse tea for 4 minutes
- You can re-infuse this tea once
