To ensure a thick and fragrant infusion with a persistent tropical finish, we combine natural pieces of pineapple – specially dried to retain their authentic fruit flavour – with whole heads of chamomile and bright osmanthus flowers. Inspired by our work alongside Michelin starred chefs, this unique blend perfectly complements the honeyed, floral flavours naturally present in the three ingredients. Did you know, ‘herbal infusion’ is a preferable term to ‘herbal tea’, as tea is an infusion of leaves only from the Camellia sinensis.

The perfect cup
- Measure 5g or 2tbsp per cup (250ml)
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse tea for 4 minutes
- You can re-infuse this tea once

- Good quality teaI love the chamomile and pineapple tea. I can taste the pineapple and it doesn’t overpower the chamomile . I will def reorder.
