The perfect cup
- Measure 3.5g or 2tsp per 250ml
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse tea for 3 minutes
- You can re-infuse this tea once
- Favourite teaI finally have discovered the joy of loose leaf despite years of having this tea in teabags. Although there will always be a place in my life for the ease of bags (days out, hospital visits etc), the ability to ‘tweak’ the tea to my preference is fabulous.

- good smellI made this tea in my new white ceramic tea maker. I think I left it to brew too long as it tasted a little strong. Next time I will use my glorious glass timer and only leave it for 3 minutes.
