    Favourite tea

I finally have discovered the joy of loose leaf despite years of having this tea in teabags. Although there will always be a place in my life for the ease of bags (days out, hospital visits etc), the ability to ‘tweak’ the tea to my preference is fabulous.
JING’s tea has always been ‘fresh’ and a taste above, this is my happy morning go to. Sublime, thank you.

We found that one teaspoon of tea in our small teapot gave the desired taste and effect rather than 2 tea spoonsful which was too strong. Lovely colour and taste with one tsp.

    A trip to Darjeeling

I keep returning for this wonderful tea ~ the most full-bodied (with slightly fruity hints) Darjeeling that I’ve ever tasted.

    Right back to the hills

Both my parents are from Bengal, and Darjeeling tea is a taste from home. Lately travel is impossible, but the warm tones of the Autumn flush come through in this tea. Thank you!

    good smell

I made this tea in my new white ceramic tea maker. I think I left it to brew too long as it tasted a little strong. Next time I will use my glorious glass timer and only leave it for 3 minutes.
