Produced by Mr. Yang Jian in a biodiverse garden in Yunnan's densely forested and remote mountains, this Organic White Peony is perfect for those who like a relaxing infusion like Jasmine Silver Needle or even lighter green teas like Jade Sword ™, but are looking to explore something with a little more complexity of flavour. We would also recommend this tea to more seasoned white tea drinkers who may prize the origin of their leaves, but are open to being rewarded with new tastes from a different terroir. The perfect cup
- Measure 4g or 3tsp per cup (250ml)
- Heat water to 80°C
- Infuse tea for 3 minutes
- You can re-infuse this tea twice

- A lovely findI bought this tea on an impulse to try a new variety... it's extremely delicate and very refreshing... a perfect evening drink that doesn't feel like it will keep you up all night.
- Intensely ComplexFrom the first zip of floral muskiness to the beautiful minearlity of the finish, this tea developed and evolved as few white teas I've tried have. Beautiful, unbroken leaves stood up to as many as 6 or 7 steepings without losing interest, bringing tantalising fruitiness, sweetness, and freshnesh within reach. A gorgeous tea I will reach for time and time again.
- Very aromatic and mellow.This White Peony is highly aromatic, with woody, fruity and floral undertones.
It’s also great as an iced (cold-infused) tea, which tastes very fruity.
