What makes our teas different? Taste. The taste of tea is determined by who grows it and where. We’ve travelled far and wide to build a network of master tea producers, each with a wealth of expertise and a true passion for their craft & their land.

We’ll tell you the names of the producers and the single gardens behind our teas. We know the conditions in each garden, and we build personal relationships with each producer.

Dedicated to the Environment

We support producers who believe in organic and regenerative farming. A large part of our range is certified Soil Association Organic or verified with our own 'Made Without Pesticides' mark. These practices can reduce greenhouse gas emissions, which in turn will help us with our target to reach Net Zero carbon emissions by 2040. One of the first to market with a plastic free teabag and envelope, we are working hard to move towards circular and sustainable packaging solutions.

Our teas are handled with extreme care and packaged to seal in their freshness. Our Tea Experience team is dedicated to designing experiential service styles, bespoke menus, and new ways of serving tea to keep you at the forefront of tea services worldwide.
