I live the story on the label. I drink Assam often and enjoy it with dairy. I drink multiple cups from the same leaves and never feel jittery.
The best tea I've tasted for a long time. A bit more expensive, but worth every penny.

I've tried hard to find a tea as good as this from a company that doesn't charge so much for postage! I've failed to date, so I'll keep buying for the moment. it's the lovely malty taste that does it for me every time.
This tea is the best loose leaf Assam that i have tried. It has a very aromatic, malty and refreshing taste.
I'm so, so happy I found this. It's my gold standard. I've only tried the loose leaf in the 2 cup pot and keen to see what the tea bags are like for travel. Thank you to JING for not compromising and please never stop or change this tea. I don't think I can go back to any another tea - I'm scared to say this but it's pretty perfect for me.
Very impressed, arrived yesterday, had a stronger cuppa this morning than usual and it still wasn't bitter. Bold but balanced flavours, looking forward to waking up to this tea.
This tea is pretty intense. I can see why one would usually have it for breakfast. I tried drinking it in the evening once, but it just didn't seem appropriate. It says on the pack that it is ˜rich, malty and rousing', and I can definitely taste the rousing. I still find the range of adjectives that it is OK to use when describing these teas quite amusing. This is quite a cunning, zippy, industrious tea, with plenty of spunk and a soupçon of leather sofa.

How do I store JING tea?
All tea should be kept away from heat, light, moisture and odours. Exposure to these will cause the tea to deteriorate and lose flavour.
We recommend storing our loose teas in our beautiful Refill Caddies or its resealable ziplock bag, and store them in a cool dry place. Generally speaking, black teas and more heavily oxidized oolongs can be stored for a longer time than green, white and lightly oxidized oolong teas. Green teas, white teas and light oolong teas are best drunk within two to three months of opening.
However, they can also be stored in the fridge to maintain freshness for as long as possible. If you choose to store your green, white and light oolongs in the fridge, be careful to take the packs out a little in advance of making your tea so that they can reach room temperature. Opening a bag straight from the fridge will result in condensation on the inside of the pack, which when closed can then affect the quality of the tea inside.
