This stuff is amazing.
I bought the Jing Jade Sword Tea with the new packaging as I wanted to give others as a gift. I emailed them and they confirmed that they will send me the new packaging tea. When I received it, it was the old packaging. I thought it was a mistake, so I followed up with 3 emails weekly but no reply and they decide to just ignore me. It is absolutely appalling with the customer service and misrepresentation, without any commitment to serve the customer right.

Nice sweet aroma and gentle but complex taste.
I brew it grandpa style and it keeps for up to 3 times. With every cup the taste changes a bit.
It has a great combination of green, floral and creamy flavours¦ One of the most aromatic teas. Also great as a cold infusion!
Can really taste the freshness of this. Delightfully floral and crisp, you can really feel the tonifying effect of this impeccable Ali Shan oolong. I've bought cheaper Ali Shan varieties elsewhere and they don't pack the punch this one does. Simply superb!
A tasty cup of JING Ali Shan is for me much more than just a somewhat ostentatiously exotic warm beverage. It is an anchor for my soul, a beacon of hope, a pole star of certain reassurance. It is good evidence that in all its infinite mystery, the cosmic consciousness is biased towards the good.
I have recently been introduced to oolong teas and this is my absolute favourite. Light and refreshing, this is now my every day afternoon treat. I reuse the leaves over many cups, so it's worth every penny

How do I store JING tea?
All tea should be kept away from heat, light, moisture and odours. Exposure to these will cause the tea to deteriorate and lose flavour.
We recommend storing our loose teas in our beautiful Refill Caddies or its resealable ziplock bag, and store them in a cool dry place. Generally speaking, black teas and more heavily oxidized oolongs can be stored for a longer time than green, white and lightly oxidized oolong teas. Green teas, white teas and light oolong teas are best drunk within two to three months of opening.
However, they can also be stored in the fridge to maintain freshness for as long as possible. If you choose to store your green, white and light oolongs in the fridge, be careful to take the packs out a little in advance of making your tea so that they can reach room temperature. Opening a bag straight from the fridge will result in condensation on the inside of the pack, which when closed can then affect the quality of the tea inside.
