Frequently Asked Questions

Learn more
  • What is JING Tea's Rewards programme?

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You can earn points in various ways such as referrals and purchases and use these points as discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

  • Who can join?

Anyone...as long as you’ve signed up to create a Rewards account using your name and email address; you will be automatically enrolled and start earning points. Please note the JING Tea Rewards programme is not available to our Trade Portal customers.

  • How do I view my points balance?

Your points balance can be viewed in your Rewards account when you login.

  • How do I redeem my points?

Select the tab called "Redeem Points" when you’re signed into your Rewards account.

You’ll see your total points and if you have enough, you can redeem them for a reward using the generated code at checkout.

  • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

There is no limit on the total amount of points you can earn, however, we can only reward points for a maximum of 2 reviews within each calendar month.

  • What do the 'Approved', 'Pending' and 'Cancelled' statuses mean?

    Approved

These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

    Pending

These points need to be verified before you can redeem them.

This typically applies to purchases and referrals.

    Cancelled

These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
