Our dedicated team are operating as normal and are busy working around the clock. However due to the unprecedented situation, delivery times may take a little longer than usual – particularly with international orders.
Please also note that any International signed for deliveries will be left safely on the doorstep and you won’t need to sign for anything. Our deliveries are managed through Royal Mail and DPD, who are also following the latest government guidance to keep everyone safe and well.
We still offer a fast and efficient delivery service to the UK and worldwide. Find out about all the delivery options available to you when placing orders on our website.
Do you have any free delivery offers?
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we deliver orders worldwide. Duties may apply to deliveries to your country. For many countries (e.g within the European Union) no charges apply but please check with your local customs.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, you are responsible for payment of any customs duties, taxes and import charges which the customs in your country may apply to your order.
Unfortunately due to import restrictions we are unable to deliver to Indonesia.
What are your delivery options?
We offer a range of delivery options for both UK and International deliveries.
In the UK we offer the below delivery methods:
- Royal Mail First Class
- DPD Next Working Day Delivery
- DPD 2-Day Delivery for some areas in Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey
- All orders over £50.00 (incl VAT) are sent free of charge, by DPD Next Working Day Delivery
We offer the below international delivery methods:
- Royal Mail International Airmail
- Royal Mail International Signed For (this service no longer requires a signature)
- International orders over £50.00 (incl VAT) will be sent by Royal Mail International
How much will my delivery cost?
Our delivery charges are a flat fee for Uk orders, and are calculated based on the value for international to cover Royal Mail charges. All the charges are visible at the checkout
Royal Mail First Class deliveries in the UK start from £3.75.
DPD Next Day Delivery is charged at £6.50 per parcel If your order is over £50.00 (incl VAT), your delivery would be free of charge*.
*Certain postcodes in Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man & Jersey are charged at £16.95 for DPD 2 Day Service and not free of charge.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?
We offer fast and efficient delivery options for both UK and International deliveries.
Royal Mail First Class – 3-5 working days*
DPD Next Day Delivery – 1 working day
DPD 2 Day Service – 2 working days**
The above delivery times are subject to placing your order before 2pm GMT Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm GMT on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on a UK public holiday, will be dispatched the next work day***.
Our DPD Courier will arrive between 9am and 6pm on the day of delivery. Please ensure that somebody will be around to receive your order. If you not, we can arrange for your order to be dispatched on another day or to an alternative address.
* Our standard delivery service, Royal Mail 1st Class, usually takes 3-5 days for delivery. This estimation is provided by Royal Mail, however it may take up to 10 working days if they are experiencing delays in service. Unfortunately, Jing Tea cannot accept any responsibility for parcels delayed. Please allow 10 working days before contacting Customer Service with any missing delivery enquiries: we will be able to assist you as efficiently as possible once this time period has passed.
**This service is only available for UK-Non Mainland
***Due to demand there may be delays over the bank holiday weekend and promotional periods such as Black Friday.
Royal Mail International Signed Service:
Europe: 5-10 working days
Rest of the World: 10-15 working days
*This service no longer requires a signature. This estimation is provided by Royal Mail, and is subject to efficient local customs clearance. However, it may take longer if they are experiencing delays in service. Unfortunately, Jing Tea cannot accept any responsibility for parcels delayed. Please allow 20 working days before contacting Customer Service with any missing delivery enquiries: we will be able to assist you as efficiently as possible once this time period has passed.
Are your delivery methods trackable?
Our cheapest delivery options are not trackable but for peace of mind you can select trackable services for both UK and International deliveries.
Royal Mail First Class in the UK is not a trackable service.
Our DPD Courier service options are trackable. If you wish to track the delivery of your order please use the link and Tracking Number issued in your shipping confirmation email from JING.
Royal Mail International Signed For is our only trackable international delivery service.
We use this delivery method for international orders over £50.00 (incl VAT).
Is there a daily deadline for orders to be despatched on the same day?
Yes, we aim to despatch all orders placed before 2pm GMT on weekdays (except UK public holidays) on the same day.
For orders placed after 2pm GMT we aim to despatch on the next working weekday.
