    Individually portioned mini cakes of cooked puerh with notes of tobacco leaf sweetness and a lightly fruity aftertaste. The indulgent, velvety texture and extraordinary character make this tea a unique experience.

    Pressed exclusively for JING, these cooked puerh mini cakes come from Donghzai garden in Yunnan province, China. The tea leaves were picked in Autumn 2018 and processed using the 'wodui' (wet piling) fermentation method; creating the rich flavour of incense woods and tobacco leaf, and a velvety texture unique to this style of tea. The loose tea was then placed into storage for two years to help develop it's complex character, before being individually pressed into the traditional 'tuo' shape in March 2020.
